Clear terms, no hidden clauses,

These terms outline how IdentityCraft works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when providing our services.
1. About IdentityCraft
IdentityCraft is an Australian-based web design and digital services business. We provide website design, development, SEO setup, hosting assistance, and optional ongoing maintenance services to Australian businesses.
2. Scope of services
Services are provided based on the package or scope agreed to before work begins. This may include website design, page creation, SEO setup, hosting configuration, email setup, or maintenance services.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
3. Payments & pricing
Prices are outlined on our Pricing page or confirmed in writing before work starts. Website builds are generally paid upfront or as agreed prior to commencement.
Ongoing services such as maintenance are billed on a recurring basis where applicable. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
4. Revisions & approvals
You will have the opportunity to review your website before launch. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included.
Major changes, additional pages, or changes outside scope may require additional fees.
5. Content & accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on third-party rights.
IdentityCraft does not accept responsibility for incorrect business claims, licensing requirements, or regulatory compliance related to your industry.
6. SEO & performance
We build websites with SEO-ready structure and best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes.
Search engine performance depends on many factors outside our control, including competition, industry, location, and ongoing content.
7. Hosting & third-party services
Hosting, domains, email services, analytics, and third-party platforms may be provided or managed through external providers.
IdentityCraft is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party services beyond our control.
8. Ownership & access
You retain ownership of your business content and materials you provide. Website files and builds are owned by you once paid in full, unless otherwise agreed.
If hosting is provided by IdentityCraft, access and migration can be arranged upon request.
9. Maintenance & support
Maintenance services are optional and cover agreed updates, monitoring, and support tasks.
Emergency fixes, large changes, or work outside maintenance scope may incur additional fees.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdentityCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or your website.
