Verified client feedback from Google

I have had Robert from indentity craft build me a website, aswell as create and deliver post cards for my business, upon recieving the post cards, i noticed that it looked like it had been fully created in AI and looked terrible, i messaged him about this and he assured me that there must of been a mistake with the print quility and sent me new ones, upon receiving the new ones, it was again fully AI slop and looked terrible i then called him out for this and asked for a refund, which he then asked me for bank details, i sent yet didnt hear back, i kept on trying to follow up yet after multiple days all he responded with is that he didnt have the money and that he would get it by the end of next week, low and behold the time arrived and nothing, now he will not respond to any of my messages. On top of this he never delivered the google business account which he told me i can pay for after completion, yet again never arrived. Definlty do not reccomend this bloke or business at all
